The launch offer is a personal design service for couples who want a coordinated suite without building it themselves.
When can I order?
Soon. Ordering opens once our turnaround, revision, and refund terms are published. Join the launch list and we will email you when the first slots open. Joining is free and does not commit you to anything.
Is this the automated LetterSet product?
No. The full product is still being built. The launch is a limited concierge service: a real person makes and checks each suite.
Do you print and ship the stationery?
No. You receive flat digital files prepared for your commercial or local printer, plus practical print notes. Physical finishes shown in concept styling are not included.
How will ordering work?
After you order, we contact you using the email from your order, collect the exact wording and printer choice, and confirm the details before design begins.
Can I correct the wording?
Yes. Send corrections before final approval and we will return updated files. Larger design-direction changes may require a separate quote.
Will you tell me what postage I need?
We provide practical guidance based on the finished format. Always weigh one fully assembled invitation and confirm unusual pieces with USPS before mailing the full batch.
